We hope you enjoy taking little ones to the pumpkin patch to choose their own pumpkin. There’s nothing quite like watching them wander through a field of pumpkins, wheels in their head turning, as they debate and consider the virtues of each one.
In our experience, each child seems to have a different criteria for the perfect pumpkin… There are those that go for the roundest, most orange specimen. But plenty of others look for tallest, bumpiest, greenest, whitest, or even (and we’re not making this up) “witchy-est” face.
In pumpkin patches, as in life, perfection can be found almost anywhere, it all depends on what says “perfection” to you.
