The Lights On Tour opens the entire attraction during daylight hours, turning off the spooky special effects and removing the scare actors. These well known witches are making their way to Washington, Utah on their broomsticks, bringing their quirky personalities, clever tricks, and plenty of surprises for guests to enjoy. Visitors can stop by to meet the witches, snap photos, join in interactive games, and watch their playful spells come to life throughout the season. From silly conversations to entertaining performances, the Staheli Witches bring a one of a kind experience that guests look forward to year after year.

The witches will be roaming the farm and sharing their unique brand of mischief with guests throughout the season. Keep your camera ready and be on the lookout for the Staheli Witches during your visit!

By accessing, visiting, participating in activities at, or using services provided by Staheli Family Farm (“Farm,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Staheli Family Farm is a working farm and agritourism destination. Visitors understand and acknowledge that participation in farm activities, attractions, events, recreational activities, and use of Farm facilities involves inherent risks that may include, but are not limited to, uneven terrain, weather conditions, agricultural equipment, livestock, physical activities, crowds, noise, and other hazards commonly associated with farms and outdoor recreation.

Visitors voluntarily assume all risks associated with their visit and participation.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, visitors agree that Staheli Family Farm, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, volunteers, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, theft, damage to personal property, or other claims arising from or related to a visit to the Farm, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. COMPLIANCE WITH FARM RULES

All visitors must follow posted signs, safety instructions, staff directions, and operational rules at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the property without refund or compensation.

4. CONDUCT OF VISITORS

Staheli Family Farm reserves the right to deny admission, refuse service, or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, intoxicated, abusive, or otherwise detrimental to the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of guests, staff, animals, or property.

5. ATTRACTION AND EVENT AVAILABILITY

Attractions, activities, amenities, entertainment, food service, vendors, and events may be modified, delayed, restricted, suspended, or canceled due to weather, maintenance, safety concerns, staffing, capacity limitations, agricultural operations, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Staheli Family Farm reserves the right to make operational changes at any time without prior notice.

6. CHILDREN

Parents, guardians, and supervising adults are solely responsible for the care, supervision, conduct, and safety of minors accompanying them while on Farm property.

7. ANIMALS

Only service animals as defined by applicable law are permitted unless otherwise authorized by Staheli Family Farm. Service animals must remain under the control of their handler at all times.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA RELEASE

By entering the property, visitors grant Staheli Family Farm permission to photograph, record, or capture their likeness, image, voice, or appearance in connection with Farm operations, events, marketing, advertising, promotional materials, social media, and other lawful business purposes without compensation or additional consent.

9. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. Staheli Family Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

10. PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES

Visitors may not bring or possess illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, hazardous materials, or other items prohibited by law or Farm policies. Unauthorized commercial activities, solicitation, or distribution of materials are prohibited without prior written approval.

11. PROPERTY RIGHTS

All Farm facilities, attractions, content, trademarks, logos, photographs, and materials remain the property of Staheli Family Farm or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

Staheli Family Farm reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Farm’s website and become effective upon posting.

Ticket & Refund Policy

This Ticket & Refund Policy governs the purchase and use of admission tickets, event tickets, attraction passes, memberships, and other admissions offered by Staheli Family Farm (“Farm,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. TICKET VALIDITY

All tickets are valid only for the date, time, event, attraction, or season specified at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Admission is subject to operating hours, attraction availability, capacity limitations, safety restrictions, and Farm policies.

2. REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets, admissions, passes, memberships, reservations, and event purchases are non-refundable.

3. RESCHEDULING AND EXCHANGES

Subject to availability and at the Farm’s sole discretion, certain tickets may be eligible for a date change or exchange. Requests must be submitted before the scheduled visit date.

Additional fees, price differences, blackout dates, or restrictions may apply.

Staheli Family Farm is not obligated to honor requests for changes after the scheduled visit date has passed.

4. WEATHER POLICY

Staheli Family Farm operates in a variety of weather conditions.

Tickets will not be refunded due to rain, wind, heat, cold, dust, or other weather conditions unless the Farm officially closes the attraction, event, or property.

If the Farm cancels or closes an event due to severe weather or other operational circumstances, the Farm may, at its discretion:

  • Reschedule the visit date;
  • Issue a credit toward a future visit;
  • Exchange the ticket for another eligible date; or
  • Provide a refund.

5. ATTRACTION AVAILABILITY

Certain attractions, activities, vendors, entertainment offerings, food services, or amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, staffing, agricultural operations, safety concerns, capacity limitations, or circumstances beyond the Farm’s control.

The temporary closure or unavailability of individual attractions does not entitle guests to a refund, partial refund, or credit.

6. EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Staheli Family Farm reserves the right to modify schedules, operating hours, attraction offerings, entertainment, vendors, event programming, and other aspects of the guest experience without prior notice.

If an event is canceled by the Farm and cannot reasonably be rescheduled, guests may be offered a refund, credit, or exchange at the Farm’s discretion.

7. TRANSFERABILITY

Unless otherwise specified, tickets may not be copied, duplicated, altered, resold, transferred for commercial purposes, or used for unauthorized promotional activities.

Staheli Family Farm reserves the right to void any ticket obtained through unauthorized resale, fraud, or misuse.

8. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED TICKETS

Staheli Family Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of tickets.

Proof of purchase may be required for any ticket-related assistance.

9. DENIED ADMISSION OR REMOVAL

Guests who violate Farm policies, engage in unsafe behavior, fail to follow staff instructions, appear intoxicated, possess prohibited items, or otherwise create a safety concern may be denied admission or removed from the property.

No refund, exchange, or credit will be provided in such circumstances.

10. PRICING ERRORS

Staheli Family Farm reserves the right to correct pricing, promotional, technical, or typographical errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

If an order is affected by a pricing error, guests will be contacted regarding available options.

No Animals Policy

For the safety of our guests, farm animals, and staff, pets and other animals are not permitted on Staheli Family Farm property.

Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are welcome. Service animals must remain under the control of their handler at all times. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, and companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted.
