Rent the Old Farm House
Rather plan your own group event or party?
The “old farm house” is available to rent for $50 per hour or $400 for the night. Tables and chairs are on site and included in the price (additional set up fee if you want us to do the work).
A security deposit of $150 (refundable) must be paid up front.
No smoking or alcohol is allowed in the premises.
Presence of either will result in loss of deposit.

Goody bags are available for $3.95 per bag.
Ask about adult food packages for larger adult portions.
Line dance instruction is available for a minimum fee of $50
Piñatas may be added to any party for an additional fee.
Memberships, coupons & other discounts do not provide admission to birthday parties.
Deposit refunded only if party is cancelled one week before scheduled date or due to weather cancellation.
For large gatherings the Barn capacity is 100 people.
Four free adults means:
2 birthday child parents and two adult working chaperones
(1 adult chaperone per 5 children is required; more than two chaperones per party will be charged adult admission.)
