General Group Information

We have these policies for group events and parties.  Please familiarize yourself with them before your event at the farm.

Group leader:
One person from the group must check-in and be responsible for the bill and all actions of the group including any damages.

Deposits:
Cash down-payments reserve dates immediately. Checks take time. Deposits refunded only if group is cancelled one week before scheduled date or due to weather cancellation. No checks please.

Child Drop-off and Pick-up:
Parents not participating in the group or the free chaperone ratio will not be admitted into Farm without paid admission. Group chaperones will escort children from admission drop-off area to the group, and back to admissions for pick-up.

Weather:
Farm is only open weather permitting. If we are forced to close, we will reschedule you as soon as possible or refund your deposit.

Arrive on Time:
Please make every effort to arrive on time. Group prices cannot be reduced, nor can tour times be extended, even due to late arrival. Late arrivals will be added to an outing already in progress.
